Value Stream Map Builder

Enter each process step and the inventory that waits between steps. The tool draws the map and the timeline ladder, and calculates lead time, value-add time, process cycle efficiency, and rolled throughput yield automatically.

Process time (PT) is hands-on value-add. Wait is the inventory or queue time before the step. %C&A is percent complete and accurate arriving from the previous step.
